My meal plans are created from scratch for you using evidence-based nutrition. They are based on your goals, taste preferences and lifestyle (I’m even able to exclude specific ingredients, if you wish!).
Everybody has their unique nutritional targets, which I have the expertise to calculate precisely and design a meal plan around to guarantee utmost accuracy - which means great results for you!
The reality is that most meal plans you may find online often simply do not work because you can never be certain of the credentials of the people who created them. Alongside this, they are often generic (I’m talking about you, ChatGPT), and you’re too unique as an individual to fit into a one-size-fits-all box!
